Sonoma Hills is a newer master planned community in Oceanside, California. Residents enjoy many amenities, as well as low Home Owners Association dues.
The Sonoma Hills neighborhoods were built between 2000 and 2002. Homes here have three to five bedrooms and living space ranges between 1,594 to 3,352 square feet. There are several open floor plans of one and two story homes. The lots here are spacious. Fees are low for ground maintenance and there is no community pool.
